The bustling Coastal constituency of Poole has a long-standing maritime history dating back as far as the Roman era when it was an important hub for international trade. Nowadays, Poole’s famous stretch of beach at Sandbanks attracts thousands of visitors each year who come to enjoy the renowned blue flag beaches. The constituency is home to the RNLI headquarters as well as proudly hosting a Royal Marines base within the Harbour.
